Richard Feynman: The Best Mind Since Einstein

Today on Far Future Horizons we present a documentary from the acclaimed PBS series “NOVA” about the greatest physicist since Albert Einstein,  Richard P. Feynman.



Richard Feynman was one of the twentieth century’s most creative and unusual thinkers. He was an atomic bomb pioneer, Nobel prize-winning physicist for his work in quantum electrodynamics, acclaimed teacher and all-around eccentric, who helped solve the mystery of the space shuttle Challenger explosion. 

Feynman has also been credited with pioneering the field of quantum computing, and introducing the concept of nanotechnology.

Japan’s Atomic Bomb

Far Future Horizons is all about exploration, discovery, and stepping forward to face future challenges boldly and decisively. The existential threats facing our global civilization are many but; we firmly believe that there are no limits to the growth and the future prosperity of the human species. Human inventiveness and ingenuity can help us surmount any problem or obstacle in our path. This is the message that this blog site hopes to convey to its readers in this New Year of 2015 and beyond.
