Stowaway to the Moon

Today on Far Future Horizons we present a motion picture which is sure to appeal to the childhood fantasies of those of us growing up during the height of NASA’s golden age of manned lunar exploration.

Stowaway to the Moon is a 1975 made-for-TV movie, starring Lloyd Bridges among others. The basic plot of this film centers around a young boy who stows away on an Apollo mission to the moon.

This movie also features Pete Conrad, the third person to walk on the Moon. The movie was based on the novel Stowaway to the moon: The Camelot Odyssey by William Roy Shelton.
